QA Associate/Analyst 3

We are seeking a qualified QA Associate/Analyst 3 to join our team. Required Skills: • Experience in writing and executing test cases, as well as creating test plans. • Knowledge of software usability concepts and requirements traceability, and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) process. • Knowledge of Xray Test Case management tool • Knowledge of SQL query writing to perform CURD operations. • Proficient in using CI/CD pipelines to enhance software development testing processes. • Experience in conducting API Testing using Postman, SOAPUI, JMETER or similar • Experience in writing and executing tests automation using UFT • Knowledge of code coverage tools, process or systems analysis, and design work. • QA automation testing and scripting experience using UFT • Experience with creating and reviewing performance testing scripts and reviewing result. • Develop detail UAT test plans and test cases based on business requirements and record test results post execution by the program. • Coordinate UAT schedules and communicate progress to stakeholder and participate in test readiness and provide recommendation in go/no-go • Be self-driven, helping the team achieve goals and overall project delivery milestones. • Ability to effectively work both independently and with sprint development team. • Skill communicating with varied levels of staff and end users to develop positive and effective working relationships. • Ability to assist by responding to inquiries from others regarding errors, problems, or questions about programs and handling multiple projects. • Ability to accurately track time spent working on projects, as well as the ability to accurately estimate changes or enhancements. Preferred Skills: • Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming preferred. • Experience working with the State of Texas HHS agency and system preferred.
