Primary Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for web, API, and backend systems.
- Create automated scripts for functional, regression, performance, and security testing.
- Collaborate with developers to improve application testability and quality.
- Identify, document, and track defects through resolution.
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
- Maintain test plans, test cases, and execution reports.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in test automation or QA engineering.
- Proficiency in automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar.
- Strong programming/scripting skills in Java, Python, or JavaScript.
Preferred Skills:
- API testing (Postman, RestAssured)
- Performance testing (JMeter, LoadRunner)
- CI/CD tools and Agile methodologies
