Summary:

An ETL Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining ETL processes that extract data from various sources, transform it into a usable format, and load it into a data warehouse or other target systems.
Responsibilities:
  • Designing and implementing ETL processes for data integration.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand data requirements.
  • Optimizing and tuning ETL processes for maximum performance.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues in ETL workflows.
  • Ensuring data quality and integrity throughout the ETL process.
Skills:
  • Proficiency in ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, or SSIS.
  • Strong SQL and database skills.
  • Experience with data modeling and schema design.
  • Knowledge of data warehousing concepts.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills.
Experience:
  • Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in ETL development.
  • Experience working with large datasets and complex data structures.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure is a plus.
