Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain server-side applications, APIs, and business logic.
- Optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Design data models and manage database integrations.
- Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely fixes.
- Collaborate with front-end developers and QA teams for seamless integration.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of backend development experience.
- Proficiency in Java, C#, Python, or similar languages.
- Eperience with relational and non-relational databases.
- Strong understanding of RESTful services and system architecture.
Preferred Skills:
- Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes
- Message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
- High-availability systems
